Reports are mailed directly from Police Department Records to the address you provide, all information is kept confidential and secure.
Requesting party understands that all requests must be in compliance with the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) (18USC Sec. 2721,et seq.) Third parties must have some relationship with the subject whose information is being requested by way of some contractual, legal agreement or power of attorney.
