Insurance companies and law firms may use the paid for services but free report requests are typically supported via a private practice and are intended for the victims of auto accidents. To request a free copy of your accident report via your smart phone, (text the word report to 313131 to automatically receive the app links back in a text message.)
Requesting party understands that all requests must be in compliance with the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) (18USC Sec. 2721,et seq.) Third parties must have some relationship with the subject whose information is being requested via a legal agreement or power of attorney.
