Victims must agree to our "Sponsorship Agreement" to receive a free accident report. Sponsors information is presented along with an electronic signature disclosure as shown below. Victims accept the sponsorship agreement in exchange for the costs of the accident report retrieval service. The attorney has time to review the report and take the appropriate steps to securing representation. All "First Contacts" are kept securely in our data files as a backup source for the sponsoring attorney.
