Purchasing Terms

This Licensing Agreement includes exclusive rights to the OKaccident.com and 1800-OKaccident marketing resources within a selected territory. Full control over the professional links found on the website and a Google account is created to dominate keyword searches for police departments in your territory.

Accident report requests generated through a special link with USaccident.com are directed to the Sponsor by way of email. The toll free number can be routed to any business or personal line and costs only $0.07 per call. To cut down on additional billing, $10.00 of the monthly licensing fee below is designated for paying the phone charges associated with your account. Additional billing at a rate of $0.07 per call will occur only if the phone charges exceed this amount.

Advertising rights are assigned to the Sponsor and ad materials are available upon request. We advise all sponsors to engage in a dual marketing strategy that utilizes T.V. ad campaigns to dramatically increase the rate of referrals. Depending on the population of your territory a marketing agreement with USaccident.com could net you hundreds of qualified referrals.

Sponsor agrees to the one year Licensing Agreement with a monthly fee shown below. Fees are based on population counts with a minimum of $200.00 per county. There is no limit to the amount of counties you can sponsor. Once the transaction is completed it takes 48 hours for the site to be updated and the toll free number to be routed. All accident report requests are received by way of email and are kept securely in data files as a backup source for the Sponsoring professional; available on request.

Sponsorship Limitations:

The Google keyword marketing platform included in this Licensing Agreement is limited to the amount of funds provided for its annual operations. It is the volume of auto accident victims clicking on the ads corresponding with the City Police Department keywords in your territory that determine the amount of ad impressions available on a daily bases. Though daily ad budgets may be depleted the ad will continue to renew daily and remain active throughout the duration of the one year Licensing Agreement. This website maintains Google keyword marketing campaigns in sponsored territories only.
